Course Description

NAR Training’s Registered Nurse to EMT (RN2EMT) Initial Course is designed to streamline the process for currently licensed Registered Nurses to become eligible to obtain a state or NREMT Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. Overall, the course has the same educational standards and requirements as our EMT course focused on bridging the knowledge, skills, and abilities of an RN to those of an EMT.

The RN2EMT course is conducted with a blend of online didactic education with 24/7 accessibility and fulfillment of laboratory, clinical, and field training requirements at one of our Training Centers. This program enables RNs to achieve their EMT certification simply and concisely.
